These terms govern your use of Goldilocks.tv and the Goldilocks indicator. By joining the launch list, entering the beta, or purchasing a plan, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for your own legal advice.
Goldilocks is a charting tool, not a financial adviser, broker, or signal service. It does not place trades, manage money, or guarantee any result. Nothing on this site or in the product is financial advice. Everything is provided for entertainment and marketing purposes only.
1 · What Goldilocks is
Goldilocks is an indicator for the TradingView platform that draws signals on gold futures charts (GC and MGC). It is a visual tool that helps you read a chart. It does not execute orders, connect to your broker, or make decisions for you. You retain full control of, and full responsibility for, every trade you place.
2 · No financial advice
We are not registered investment advisers and we do not provide personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Signals, content, and any communication from us are general in nature and for entertainment and marketing purposes only. You should consult a licensed professional before making any trading or investment decision.
3 · No performance guarantees
We make no representation or guarantee about profitability, accuracy, or results. Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past behaviour of any signal does not indicate future results. Any decision you make using Goldilocks is made at your own risk.
4 · Beta software
During the beta, Goldilocks is provided "as is" and may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. Features, logic, and availability are not final. We may contact beta testers for feedback. Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked.
5 · Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout — $99 per month or $999 once for lifetime access. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases include a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
Access to the indicator requires a TradingView account and is delivered through TradingView's invite-only script system. Your use of TradingView is governed by their own terms.
6 · Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, share, decompile, or reverse-engineer the indicator, or share your access with others. Access is for your personal use. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldilocks.tv and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the indicator. The product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
