We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and we tell you what we do hold. This page explains what we collect and why.
If you join the launch list, we store your email so we can contact you about the launch. That's the main thing. We don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
1 · What we collect
- · Email address — when you join the launch list or the beta.
- · Billing details — if you purchase a plan. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- · TradingView username — if you're a customer, so we can grant access to the indicator.
- · Basic analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the site is performing.
2 · How we use it
We use your information to contact you about the launch and your account, to grant and manage access to the indicator, to process payments, and to improve the product and site. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3 · What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't collect your trading account credentials, balances, or positions — Goldilocks runs inside TradingView and has no access to your broker.
4 · Who we share with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business — for example our email provider, payment processor, and TradingView for access delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5 · Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and anonymous analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6 · Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7 · Retention & contact
